Order Tracking :
Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your details. As soon as your package ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly on our Tracking Page or through the carrier’s official website.
Duties & Taxes :
For international orders, please be aware that packages may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information before placing your order.

The shipping timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available.

Undeliverable Package:
If you missed your delivery, here’s what will happen:

You will receive an email telling you when and where you can pick up the goods. For some items, the carrier will contact you to set up a delivery appointment or confirm order pickup.

Your order will either go to a nearby post office location or a carrier depot.

When you pick up your order, make sure you reference your order number and have a valid photo I.D.

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, the customer is required to contact our Customer Support Team at service@anorahair.com to make other arrangements to avoid additional shipping charges.

If making a purchase for someone as a gift, it may be a good idea to notify him/her about the impending delivery to minimize confusion which lead to a refusal of the package. Please note; larger items will require a signature. If a signature can not be captured, the item will be deemed undeliverable.
Shipping Damaged Package:
Please remember to fully inspect the carton and physical product for any damage before accepting the shipment. If the product is damaged in any way, please reject the delivery and notify our Customer Support Team at service@anorahair.com to make other arrangements.
