Processing Time :

All orders are normally processed within 2 business days. However, due to factors such as inventory availability, weekends, holidays, and public holidays, processing may be delayed to 3-4 business days. You will receive an email notification after your order is shipped.

Please note that inaccurate or incomplete addresses, or unverified order information, may result in a 1-2 business day delay in processing. We recommend that all customers carefully check their shipping address and billing information before checkout to avoid any potential delays.

 

Shipping Rates & Options :

We offer flexible shipping options to make sure your order arrives when you need it. And we provide free standard delivery service for all orders.

 

Delivery Countries :

We can ship to most countries in the world: USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal etc.

 

Order Tracking :

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on our [Tracking Page] or directly through the carrier’s website.

 

Duties & Taxes :

Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees depending on the destination country.Anora's products do not include any taxes and duties in the price and shipping charges. Anora is not responsible for any tax invoices charged on its products. Please check with your local customs office for more info before placing your order.

Note: 1. If the tariffs are caused by the buyer, the buyer is responsible.

          2.If the package is lost due to force majeure, the seller will compensate the buyer for the equivalent.

          3.If the seller needs to cancel the order after the goods are shipped, the buyer will be responsible for the costs incurred in this process.

 

Notification emails :

Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

The shipping timeframe is an estimate of when the item will prepare for shipment and ship from our warehouse. The items on your order will ship as they become available.

· If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. Delivery will vary based on your destination.

· If your item is not currently in stock, we will estimate your items shipping date before you place your order. We do not bill you until your order is ready to ship.

· If you have ordered multiple items with different ship readiness dates, you may receive separate shipments.

· Depending on shipment and delivery conditions, your order may ship when all items are ready to ship.

 

Undeliverable Package:

If you missed your delivery, here’s what will happen:

1. You will receive an email telling you when and where you can pick up the goods. For some items, the carrier will contact you to set up a delivery appointment or confirm order pickup.

2. Your order will either go to a nearby post office location or a carrier depot.

3. When you pick up your order, make sure you reference your order number and have a valid photo I.D.

4. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, the customer is required to contact our Inside Sales at service@anorahair.com to make other arrangements to avoid additional shipping charges.

5. If making a purchase for someone as a gift, it may be a good idea to notify him/her about the impending delivery to minimize confusion which lead to a refusal of the package. Please note; larger items will require a signature. If a signature can not be captured, the item will be deemed undeliverable.

 

Shipping Dmamaged Package:

Please remember to fully inspect the carton and physical product for any damage before accepting the shipment. If the product is damaged in any way, please reject the delivery and notify the inside sales team at service@anorahair.com to make other arrangements.
