Return Policy

 

If for some reasons, you are not satisfied with the purchased goods within 15 days of receiving the order, you can refund or change other model if you meet the following terms:

Return time:

Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or the wrong product, please contact us at service@anorahair.com immediately. 

 

Regarding the return address:

Please do not send goods directly back to the shipping address on your package. Please communicate with our Customer Support Team first to explain your return request, and we will provide you with the correct authorized return address and corresponding services.

 

Request for Returns (if applicable):

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 15 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address.

 

In the following circumstances, refuse to return

1. Goods that  have been used (Lace has been cut and bleached, hair has been dyed or cut.) will not be returned or exchanged;

2. The returned goods are incomplete or the appearance is damaged;

3. Products are not provided by us;

4.  Items that do not meet our original, resalable condition requirements.

Description of the return process

1. Contact our Customer Support Team at service@anorahair.com in a timely manner, explain the reason for the return, and confirm the return details with our staff.

2. Send the goods back to the exact address provided by the customer service staff.

3. After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will reschedule the delivery if it is a replacement. If it is a return, we will process your refund directly to your original payment method.

Postage instructions for return

1. If the product is returned without quality problems, the customer shall bear the return shipping fee.

2. For the return of quality problems, our company shall bear the order return freight.

Precautions for returns

1.  When returning the goods, all accessories (labels, bags, etc.) related to the wigs should be sent back. No return will be given for missing accessories or damage to the original packaging. If there is a package with quality problems, please send it back together with the original express packaging bag;

2. We strictly inspect all packages before shipment to ensure accuracy. If you believe an item is missing from your package, please retain all original packaging and contact us immediately with clear photos of the received package and the items you did receive. We will verify this with our shipping records and promptly arrange a resolution.

3.  If there are gifts, etc., please return them together.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@anorahair.com

Please contact us before returning the product. You can contact us at service@anorahair.com, providing your order number, and telling us the reason for the return. We will have after-sale staff to assist you with the return process. To avoid sending errors, please be sure to contact us before returning an item.

2. "When can I get my return amount?"

We will confirm the refund amount after receiving the product, and the refund amount will be refunded through your original payment channel. This may require bank review and processing. The refund amount will usually be returned to you within 2-7 working days.
